Watercolor

The Hidalgo Watercolor Society (HWS) is an entity in itself with its own board. However, all members share membership within UVAL. An additional fee--$10 per year--is collected by HWS. Meetings, open painting, and workshops are coordinated by HWS.

Membership with HWS is optional for UVAL artists.
